Refund policy

All of our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds on our products unless the product is completely misprinted or the wrong item was shipped to you.

If you receive a product that is completely misprinted or the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product to us for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

EXCHANGES

If you do not order the correct size, you will be subject to the return shipping. This is why we emphasize that you look at the size guide before purchasing. There is a 10% Restocking Fee on all exchanges.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the product during shipping.
